Its nice to have a pretty open minded President isn't it? Our girl Mary has politely declined the offer to be Grand Marshall in NYC's Saint Patrick's Parade, due to the fact that the Parade organizers do no allow gay groups to participate in the event.
President McAleese has been known for her work with Gay Rights groups, as well as Human Rights Campaigns, since way back in the day when She and Mary Robinson helped Senator David Norris decriminalize Homosexuality in Ireland in 1993. (Cheers for that)
Im so glad my parents voted for President McAleese back in the day, she has made a huge difference, well, in my opinion anyways.
