Pot-heads!
Sorry for the quite time on the blog this past week, as you can see from the above photo I was away, in Diagon Alley to be exact!
Well actually myself & Pa were at the Harry Potter Studio Tour in London... It was an amazing tour, we were free to wander at out own pace, through all the sets and props of the film series...
And they had Butter Beer.... It was kinda like American Creme Soda, with a very buttery head on it, one was enough, but it was tasty...
All in all it was a great few days, I'll have more photos to follow of the rest of the trip.

WHERE MAH GAYS AT???

Well I'm pretty sure its safe to say that any gay worth his gay salt will nodoubtable be at The Palace Theatre, London come June 19th, for an evening of celebrity bashing with everyone favourite ginger fag hag, yes, the one and only Kathy Griffin.
Like I was saying in that last post today was a day full of surprises. One person Im following on twitter casually mentioned he had booked two tickets for Kathy's London show, which was a huge shock as I hadn't even known that she was playing London. Anyways after about an hour of self pity and heartache and repeating "oh, I'd love to go", I decided to just FUCK IT, and go see one of my favourite stand up comediennes. And thats exactly what I did, and lucky when I informed my mate Pa of my intentions he was more than up for it.
So thanks to twitter, the gays, and Aer Lingus, I'll be seeing MRS KATHY in two months! So yes, yesterday was a fucking good day...

Celebs in the nude!

Alexa, that bag is to die for right?
So once again the Burberry show was more about who was wearing what outside the tent, rather than inside on the runways. Anyways its always fun to see the cool and casual London crowd mix it up with the American uptight starlet troops. And then there's the odd male model/up and coming actor, they're always fun to look at.

Douglas Booth, token eye candy...

Ellie Goulding, somewhat lost looking, but trying her best.

Kate Bosworth, that skirt looks like agony to sit/stand in.

Rachel Bilson, I like that shes dressed appropriately for London in February

Livin' for the Weekend

When Roisin Murphy puts on a show in the city you live it, it should be a law that you have to attend! Roisin is one of my favourite artists, loved her since her Moloko days, and yet I've never seen her live. So I am very VERY excited for Sunday's set at Circus!
Getting early bird tickets is advised, as its the bank holiday and, uh, Roisin Fucking Murphy!
Get em here...

London Livin'

So its been a while since I updated, Ive moved to Brixton and at present we have no internet in the house. I also dont have a laptop so that doesn't help either. Also the bastards at Acer Repair are holding my poor laptop hostage. So thats been pretty annoying...
As for London I am really liking it, and the fact that I'm living with one of my best friends really helps. Its definitley an expensive city, but all the free people watching more than makes up for it. Soon I want to start working on my portfolio and start looking for design jobs, right now I just want to focus on getting myself set up and discovering more of London.
As soon as I'm equiped with a internet signal, and a laptop, I'll be posting as usual...

Sun Is In The Sky
Oh why, Oh why would I wanna be anywhere else....
So last month I think it was, one of my best friends, the very talented designer Ms. Ciara Killalea, put up a post on facebook about her roommate moving out and how she had a room going. In her flat. In London. So I thought to myself fuck it, why not? And I told her I'd take the room.
So last week I booked my flight (one way too, very scary) on Aer Lingus. I wasn't going to risk going with RyanAir and having them break my heart with all the hidden charges.
So I have my deposit paid, and the flat is in Brixton, "drug capital of London" according to wikipedia! But I grew up in Ennis, so it can't be much worst than that.
Can't wait to just finish up with college, this year hasn't been great to be honest, so a change of scenery is most definitely needed.
And here's my lovely future digs!
